Toomas Olljum is a founder of Made in Baltics, an artist management company, agency, and label. He began his career as a lawyer and copyright specialist at the Estonian Ministry of Culture before moving into music business. In 2018, Made in Baltics partnered with Sony Music to establish the first independent/major-owned label in Estonia.

Over the past 15 years, Toomas has collaborated with leading companies including Sire Records (Warner), Sony Music, Universal, EMI, BMG, United Talent Agency, and Live Nation. As an executive producer, his projects have earned 18 Estonian Music Awards, including three "Album of the Year" wins.

A founding member of Music Estonia and current board member of the Estonian Phonogram Producers Association, he and his companies have been recognized with awards such as Music Entrepreneur of the Year, Manager of the Year, Label of the Year, and Music Seller of the Year. Toomas has also been a panelist and moderator at leading international showcase festivals such as Tallinn Music Week, Eurosonic, MIDEM, Riga Music Week and MaMA. He managed the acclaimed Estonian band Ewert and The Two Dragons from 2010–2024.
