Makree is a Latvian House Music DJ, music producer and radio show host. His unique approach to the genre has been appreciated by labels like Ministry of Sound, Toolroom, Bassment Sound and more. He grew up in Ventspils by the Baltic sea (West of Latvia) where the first fundaments of his musical education were started in Ventspils Music school, mastering the piano. His childhood days were filled with loud music selection by his melomaniac dad, playing classic ABBA, Depeche Mode, Queen and records that shaped the last decades of the 20th century. Makree's productions include a blend of classic house beats with unique sample chops and catchy vocal hooks. While actively playing sets in Riga, Latvia, Makree also has showcased his talent at clubs in Malta, Netherlands, Hungary and Estonia.
